Statesville Housing Authority
At the Dobson Community Center two vacant buildings needed clean up, yard work and interior painting.  Adjacent playground received weeding and repair as well as repairing of basketball goals. 

Hospice & Palliative Care of Iredell County
The Gordon Hospice House received detail cleaning.

Troutman Rescue Squad
Volunteers washed and waxed department vehicles

5th Street Ministries
Preparation of an outside track of land for community garden.  The produce from this garden will be used in the soup kitchen and for distribution to neighborhood.

The Salvation Army
Volunteers prepared donations for the thrift store by sorting and hanging donated clothing.

Habitat for Humanity
Volunteers had the opportunity to work on one of the two houses being built in our community.

Teen Health
Volunteers prepared the ground for a large community garden and washed and cleaned buses inside.

Iredell County Rescue Squad
Volunteers removed, cleaned and degreased and replaced equipment on crash truck.

LifeSpan
Work was preformed at Blue Sky Nature Center.  Volunteers trimmed tree limbs and bushed and cleared and removed brush.

Guardian Ad Litem
Two flower gardens were planted at the Iredell County Courthouse Annex.  One garden is the ‘Garden of  Hope’ the other garden is ‘Flowers for Children’.

Priority House
Volunteers washed cars in their car washing facility

ElderCenter
Volunteers weeded and replanted flower beds around agency sign, panted new gate, made bibs for clients and cushions for rocking chairs, had washed blinds on windows, repaired and painted attic panel, painted bathrooms and other miscellaneous tasks.

Iredell Co. Senior Center
Upstairs foyer areas around the elevator was primed and painted

American Red Cross
Red Cross vehicles were washed, waxed and cleaned inside

Barium Springs Home for Children
Little Joe’s Chapel and Enrichment Center had all of its windows and doors cleaned inside and outside.
